The Contract model is divided into two types:
1. Yearly maintenance with the provision of spare parts.
In this contract, the maintenance/renovation service is provided according to the frequency cycle as agreed by the clients. It includes the overall labor cost in the repair work and the advance cost of spare parts in the event that the device is damaged. The clients can set a budget that they need for the maintenance or repair of any specific facilities or system. This contract allows cost saving from extra payment of spare parts, and also a peace of mind from constantly monitoring the maintenance of the facilities as well as saving time from making extra quotations. This means that any damaged or broken spare parts will be provided by Starlink for free.
2. Yearly maintenance without the provision of spare parts.
In this contract, the maintenance/renovation service is set according to the frequency cycle as agreed by the clients. It includes the overall labor cost in the repair work except for any future damaged or broken spare parts. Since the spare parts cost is not included in the contract, it means that each spare parts replacements will be quoted separately in the event of a call for every single repair or maintenance.
